01What is the typical lead time?
For standard configurations, the typical manufacturing lead time is approximately 1–2 months. The confirmed schedule depends on final technical approval, product configuration, production planning and international logistics.
02What hoistway and site information is required?
We typically require architectural drawings, hoistway dimensions, number of floors and stops, overhead and pit dimensions, power supply information and the construction programme. A project-specific interface checklist will be issued at the appropriate stage.
03How do you confirm whether my market is covered?
Please provide the project country and city. We will verify product availability, shipping arrangements, local installation resources and maintenance coverage before confirming the executable scope.
04How are local installation and commissioning arranged?
Installation and commissioning are defined by the contracted scope, site readiness and qualified resources available in the destination market. Method statements, interfaces and programme milestones are confirmed before shipment.
05How are maintenance and spare parts supported?
The project plan can define the maintenance handover, recommended critical spares, response arrangements and long-term parts support. The final service model is confirmed for the destination market.
06What information is needed for a quotation?
Please share the project location, building type, number of floors and stops, rated load, quantity, target speed and required delivery date. This allows the team to prepare an appropriate elevator selection and commercial proposal.
